Album 13
Scroll to below the player for short descriptions of each song and style.
All songs on this album are about real people - who have quirky or worse abbirations. Some of these songs existed just in lyrics for 30 years. If Suno wasn’t invented, they would probably have remained a stack of 0’s and 1’s on my Mac. But: here they are.

The whale of Hollywood When the #metoo movement took off and Harvey Weinstein was arrested, I wrote this song. Still relevant, with the Epstein files withheld by Trump from the public. I also made a video of this song. Hip-hop/pop
Your story These lyrics are an acrostic; the first letters of each line form a second title: Michael Jackson’s History. When this album came out, so did the first law suits against him. I also made a video of this song. Pop
The new prince In 1994 Michael Jackson married Lisa Marie Presley. If that had lead to children, they would have had large shoes to fill. Pop
Burn down LA When Rodney King was murdered in 1992 in the riots of LA, I wrote this song. Pretty relevant again (early 2026), with ICE on the streets in cities throughout the USA. Hip-hop, pop
RIP About a caretaker who fell in love with a deceased customer and kidnapped him. Derived from a series of documentaries in 1995 about odd people. (Also: Lorie & Layla, below). Indie pop
Touching Ground Zero About the terrorist pilots who flew the planes into the Twin Towers in 2001. Asking about their ideas and expectations towards their god. Blues
You only die twice Robert Brecheen was executed on 11 August 1995 in Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester. A day before that he tried to take his own life. But the guards wouldn’t have that and he was reanimated. Hip-hop / pop
Lorie & Layla From the same documentaries as RIP (above), broadcasted in 1995. Lorie was a 400 pound large actress, known as ‘The Lay of LA’, starring in porn movies for audiences with a certain taste. Indie pop.
You don’t mess with the Mob Some mafia stories combined in here, with a warning. Hip-hop/pop
Che In 1995 I saw a documentary about Che Guevara - remembering his portrait in vibrant flower-power colors at my hippy-uncle’s wall 25 years earlier. Che died in Bolivia after instructions in code by phone: 500/600 was to keep him alive, but he was executed anyway. Hip-hop with Cuban vibes
No war! Demonstrations against war are as old as wars themselves. But the men in power will never listen, spinning new wars as if they are in your best interest. Are they? Hip-hop/pop
The rest of these songs are from other albums.
